1. Authorization & Payment Processing
Payments made using Tek Matr authorize us to act as your payment agent for the purposes of:

2. Customer Responsibilities
All customers utilizing Tek Matr’s payment platform must:
- Provide accurate and complete payment details, including card or bank account information.
- Ensure they have the necessary authorization to use the provided payment method.
- Maintain sufficient funds in their account at the time of the transaction to avoid payment failures.
- Adhere to financial and security regulations when collecting payments through our gateway.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in declined transactions, account suspension, or legal action.
3. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute related to a payment or transaction:
- Customers must notify Tek Matr within 30 days of the transaction date.
- Tek Matr will investigate disputes and attempt to resolve them in compliance with applicable regulations.
- If a chargeback or refund is deemed necessary, the resolution will be processed in line with our policies and financial institution guidelines.
4. Liability for Incorrect Data & Fraud Prevention
Tek Matr is not liable for transaction failures or errors caused by:
- Inaccurate or incomplete payment details entered by the user.
- Unauthorized use of a payment method due to negligence.
- External factors beyond our control, including cybersecurity incidents or technical failures.
To enhance fraud prevention, Tek Matr actively monitors transactions for suspicious activities and reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent activities.
- Report suspected fraud to relevant authorities.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- A formal request must be submitted in writing, along with proof of an overpayment.
- Refund requests should be directed to support@tekmatr.co for verification and processing.
- Refunds are issued only in cases where an overpayment has been confirmed, subject to our internal review process.
6. Amendments & Policy Updates
Tek Matr reserves the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website or email notifications. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
